
Svarog
Svarog is the old Slavic god of the sun and fire, belong to the oldest slavic gods, later his son Svarozic took his place.He was a heavenly blacksmith, and he was considered for a strict lawmaker. Because he was a god of blacksmithing and crafts he had the task of armed the god Perún with forged weapons for the purpose of fighting against heavenly dragon Zmej,which is considered for evil in slavic mythology.
DECORATING:
Decorating is inspired by Slavic ornaments. On the handle are depicted three symbols, the Hands of God, the Svarožič and Kolovrat, which is considered to be the symbol of the god Svarog and his wife, the goddess Lada. On the leather sheath is depicted the face of Svaroga and his son Svarožič, among faces is the symbol Kolovrat.
